Kispál and the Lovasi concert at the Vígszínház2023. 08. 14.
The Kispál and Lovasi production was brought to life by the Kispál on Orfű event in August 2022. The night before the comeback concert of Kispál and the Borz, the two original members of the legendary band, András Kispál and András Lovasi, were supposed to perform in a duo, but the great interest in the show led to expand their band with drummer Szabó Hunor and saxophonist Babcsán Bence.
The concert program of Kispál and the Lovasi consists of a full scale of Kispál and the Borz songs, mainly of the early time-scales of the band, and beside the hits they also include some of their rare played, unique songs too. The songs are presented in a trio performance, a trio performance that is characteristic of the early years of the orchestra, and which is transformed into a unique quartet by the brilliant saxophone playing of Bence Babcsán.
Anyone who was at the summer concert will know that it was a great joy to see Kispál and the Lovasi, as well as a magnificent work of life.
The special group will conclude its 2023 concert series at the Vígszínház on 22 October.
