Tünde Majsai-Nyilas was born in Székesfehérvár. From 1984 she studied four years at the National Ballet Institute, then she lived in Moscow between 1988 and 1991 with her family where she attended the Igor Mojszejev Dance School. After her return home, she went for one year to the Studio of Arany János Theatre, then studied at the University of Theatre and Film between 1993 and 1997. During her studying years she attended many international workshops from France to the US. She is a very popular performer and voice actor, she played in several feature films, and around 20 of her theatre essays were published in the magazine Zsöllye between 2002-2004. In 2003 and 2013, she got the Varsányi Irén-Memory Ring.
